🇵🇹🇵🇹 A abordagem de um tema tão delicado como este, num ambiente de espetáculo de rua, executado em andas e com um exuberante guarda-roupa, é também o exorcismo de um velho tabu, o de que “entre marido e mulher não se mete a colher”. No meio da rua, “Sombras” é a proposta de um itinerário emocional que visa a redenção pessoal e a reconquista de si mesmo. O Teatro Só acredita num teatro de rua de intervenção social, reflexivo e humanista, e crê por isso que é dever do entretenimento ser educativo e sensibilizador.

🇺🇸🇺🇸 Addressing such a delicate subject in a street-theatre setting — performed on stilts and with an exuberant wardrobe — is also the exorcism of an old taboo: the notion that “you shouldn’t meddle between husband and wife”. Out in the middle of the street, “Sombras” (Shadows) proposes an emotional journey toward personal redemption and self-reconquest. Teatro Só believes in socially engaged, reflective and humanist street theatre, and holds that entertainment has a duty to educate and raise awareness.
